Maduro had a choice whether to go out like Tony Montana, guns a blazing or choose to be arrested peacefully. He chose to be arrested peacefully, and at the end of the day the odds of he and his wife living to old age are much higher now then they were in his own country. If he were to be taken by a revolutionary force within Venezuela, they probably would’ve tortured and killed him.
