If Amazon were to give full disclosure on Amazon owned brands and that wouldn’t discourage me from buying them. They’ve made returns so easy that with a UPS store so close to my house tapping to buy button is never something I worry about to try out a product.
I think they should disclose the brands they own similar to the brand Amazon basics and maybe even place them in their own section in the search results so it doesn’t all seem so shady. They offer a useful enough service that they don’t need to have this layer of shadiness to their strategy. #amazon
